In memory of Scarlett, a lovable Katrina rescue my dear friends Lisa & Mike in Beverly Hills helped and adopted.  She had quite the journey from New Orleans to CA but spent her twighlight years basking in the CA sunshine being spoiled by her adoring parents.  I fondly called her meatloaf as she was a bit chunky and a lovable lug.  Although I hate what she went through, I'm glad I got to be a part of her life during her golden years.
